  • Ensuring they have the legal rights to use submitted content

  • Checking spelling, alignment, and design previews before confirming orders

Setkkart is not liable for errors approved by the customer during order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

All products are custom-made, and production begins after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and order volume. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are personalized and custom-printed, returns or refunds are not accepted unless:

  • The product received is damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was delivered

Customers must report issues with proper images for verification.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers must not upload copyrighted or illegal content. Any legal consequences arising from submitted content will be the responsibility of the customer.
