Returns
Customised Products
Since customised products are made specifically based on your design, photos, or requirements, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You receive a defective or incorrect item
Non-Customised (Ready Products)
For ready-to-ship products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of issue (images/video) may be required
Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery, refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in case of:
- Damaged product
- Printing error
- Wrong item delivered
Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or printed
- Once the customisation process has started, cancellation will not be possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalised/customised products (unless damaged or defective)
- Items used or altered after delivery
